Mission: Impossible 5 Gets An Official Name And First Trailer

Up until this point, we have known the latest installment in the Mission: Impossible franchise to be Mission: Impossible 5, but it looks like Paramount has an official name and it has released the first sneak peek look into the movie starring Tom Cruise. Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation hits theaters on July 31st and it looks as intense of the four previous films.

If the name sounds familiar, that is because Stars Wars has used the name Rogue One for its latest film, but it looks like both the film studios worked together to make their film titles work. Paramount cleared the title long before Disney, but they allowed them to keep the name as long as they do no promotions during the summer using “Rogue”. And the Star Wars movie comes out in December 2016, so Rogue Nation will be old news by then.

Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation brings Tom Cruise back, along with Jeremy Renner and Simon Pegg. We have the addition of Rebecca Ferguson to the cast and you can check out the sneak peek here, but the official trailer comes out on Monday, March 23rd.
