I'm at work and don't have sound so my comments are purely based on visual information. Also as background - I also film meal prepping/plans on YouTube so I know what it's like on the other side too (I subbed so will see how you progress). I think the content is great- I learnt a lot without audio which means you're pretty much on the right track. I would have liked to have seen the final plated product on all recipes. You should change your thumbnail and title to something more eye-catching- it's not clear to a new viewer that you're getting 5 recipes and knife skills in the 26 min long video otherwise. Alternative: maybe post shorter videos with 1 recipe each? You mentioned trying to get a better camera but I'm not really sure that investment is necessary - the picture is high quality and clear. There is a focusing problem, but this happens with all cameras on auto focus especially with steam or a large object coming in view. You can fix this (depending on your camera) but doing manual focus- focus on the main image on auto then switch to manual. Lighting around the stove seems dark in some shots (spinach shot + stuff flank on the stovetop), this makes the food look unappealing compared to the raw, fresh colourful state when they're on the chopping board. Otherwise, good job 30 mins long is a lot of time spent filming, editing and uploading this bad boy!
